A graduate engineer from Centrale LYON, Mathieu started out as an operational team manager in large companies in the energy sector. He subsequently held positions as a financial analyst, deputy operations director for GRDF in the City of Paris and purchasing director.

In 2022, he decided to put his skills to good use by taking over a public works company, SPADA TP.

Its wish: to be a benchmark company, established and recognized locally, acting for the good of its customers and its employees.

Delphine SIXDENIER

A graduate engineer from the ENS of Geology in Nancy, Delphine also started as an operational team manager in a large energy company. Her career combines operational management functions with cross-functional audit and management support functions.

In 2024, she joined SPADA TP as Director.

With over 30 years of experience in the field of public works, Thierry RUEL has held several positions of responsibility in various activities of earthworks, construction of roads and networks and construction. He was previously a Site Manager in a major company building single-family homes. Thierry has been a Site Manager within the company since 2022.
